Keys

by Candace   Apr 30, 2012

The flow of your hair,
running inbetween my fingers.
The taste of your lips,
eben long afterwards,
it still lingers

I can feel my heart beat,
inside of my vains.
Beating faster and faster,
making me forget all of my pain.

My hand pressed flat
against your heart.
Your holding me so tightly,
that I know,
nothing can tear us apart.

Then we just lay there,
staring at the tops of the leafy trees.
There were so many locked doors,
but now,
you gave me all the keys. <3

-Smiles- I like this. It's so personal, intimate and very sweet. It's a lovely poem :3
