The Seasons

by Adam Semanchick   May 1, 2012

The wind of deception The roots of control,
The sails of love why not grab a bowl,
Birds of the sky adorn freedom ajar,
The peaceful lands hidden a far.

Fire a blazed Marshmallows a roast,
Happiness and stride down hill they coast,
Glaring stars up in the sky,
Clouds in the Autumn way up high.

Astray in the forest animals about,
Cute little babies with only a pout,
Waves in the Summer splashing around,
Walk in the park that nice peaceful sound.

The heart of Winter that white powder snow,
Adorable puppy dog adorned with a bow,
Mountains rolling on and on,
A land of beauty that will never be gone.

Flower a bloom this late day in spring,
Birds fly, nest, chirp and sing,
Kites take to the noon time skies,
That big Birch tree on which I will now lie.
