Alone

by Passerby   May 8, 2012

I stare into my mothers eyes
Empty without life
Her head craddled in my lap, cold and grey
Her smile, her laugh, her warm touch, her voice
They will be no more
I caress her cheek
Tears roll down my face
My voice trembled
As I began to laugh
I threw her corpse to the ground
Laughing as I stared down at her
My tears were replaced with echoing laughter
I was free!
Free from her suffocating hold
The hold that cared for me
Loved me
I knelt beside her body
My smile slowly fading
Her smile, her laugh; her warm touch, her voice
They will be no more
I did it
Tears overflowed, streaming down my face
I did it
I killed her.
