The union

by Hadassah grey   May 8, 2012

On this cold and breezy night
when mortals die the shortest death
two souls are knotted in eternal bliss
their moon-lit faces aglow with love
eyes fiery with unhidden passion
ephemeral their last love was
never again will their night be stygian
past plights all gone
two souls are now one
inseperable they have become
this once bereft lass, at last has met a faithful swain
