Out of place

by Lauren Dillon   May 9, 2012

Away from his pack and out of place
He walks into a territory unknown to his kind
Temper flaring, sarcastic comments flying
They left him all alone.
Sick and insane, but she still thirsts for a taste of salty wounds
Walking into a territory unknown to her kind
Evil in her eyes, but still afraid
She feels so alone.
One moment, perfect at the right time
His eyes meet one of their kind
Her eyes meet one of their kind
Mortal enemies they are
And yet so alike they can't help,
But fall together in such a deep love.
They'll never want to wake up
For he's a beast of the moon
And she's a monster of the night
Though secretly they only shake in fright
Forever eternal damnation
Each still holding on tight
Breaking the pact that keeps them far away,
Now there death-grip will never break.
