and after pretending.. what is left?
I guess, I can understand this piece and that I shouldn't take it too literally, I don't like pretending but I also know that depends on the circumstances and in the situations, where one should pretend.. for instance, perhaps the pain of love? pretend that it doesn't hurt and try to live life and hopefully eventually the pain will go away.. But the pain of illness.. that one is hard to pretend.
