How can you say you love me?*extended*

How can you say that you Love me,
when nothing you do shows me so?
How could you say that I'm perfect,
When you quickly chose to let me go?

How can you say that you're sorry,
When there's no sorrow behind your eyes?
And how could you say that you want me back,
When you've already brought my demise?

I can't take you back, 'cause you broke me.
And time won't be healing these scars.
But I learned something, because you've shown me,
that I won't love as long as there's stars.

    ~ Whoever says that time can heal all wounds must never have been hurt before. It is true that through time, a broken heart will heal but scars will never fade. Love your poem!
