I kept all the letters that you wrote me.
They're all dated back to
about a year ago.
Oh how things have changed
since then...but i still don't have
the courage to let them go.
For they remind me how good my life used to be.
And honestly, I guess I was hoping
to get those times back.
I no longer read your letters everyday...
because I have every word memorized.
You can't imagine the pain I felt
when i found out they were
only lies. And now the truth shines
brighter than the morning sun...but I'm
just not capable of saying goodbye.
