I Will Find You

by Tyler Moore   May 24, 2012

Where the suns gleam doth but graze
the subtle crest of the broken waves
upon the sandy shores of Eden.
Where the stars blaze in the darkened
sky, like fireflies on a painted canvas.

On the other side of here,
across the veil of whispers,
across this sea of sorrow that stands between us,
where you were whisked away in the dead of night,
leaving me to wake, and though I could look upon your face
wearing an expression of relief,
as if finally granted rest after a very long journey,
I knew you to be some other place.

Wait for me there,
and it is there that I will find you.
Ready yourself my love,
for though our journey together in this world
has come to an end, I will find you in the next.
And we will start our next adventure,
together again at last.
