Gosh How heart wrenchingly sad Karla. Love and pain blended to create a really awesome piece. The yearning to be with the one you love is felt throughout each line. This stood out for me:

How many times have you saved me?
How many times have I saved you?
Why didn't life teach us how to fly?

and:

George, why is life so short
and love so deep?

Karla this is so beautiful. I know you have written a poem about George before and he has written one about you which I think is lovely. This poem is so beautiful, the words are magic and there's something deep about the way they are written, it really shows your affection for him and also your respect.

I love the use of the different language in the poem. I was so proud that I know what "te amo" means. The language is so sensual, it really can bring a poem to life though yours is already lit.
