Death Zone

I'm so lonely now that he's gone
Can't write poems or sing songs.
Life can be taken away so fast
Although it never really lasts.
Even though I'm alive, I'm dead
All the next days, I will dread,
Because I spend them all alone
It's as if I'm in a death zone.
He's gone forever and I'll miss him
It seems like love and life never win.
