Defense in light

by Darclyfe   May 29, 2012

You defend in the light.
While I hide my face into the night.
I think About jumping off of a 10 story building so I can take flight.
I leave you my knife.
So when you look at it you feel strife.
So I can take my life.
I gave you my heart
You broke it and burned it apart.
I take the pills to try
to mend what I couldn't defend.
