Into Love

by Yakari Gabriel   Jun 1, 2012

They say perfection
doesn't exist but,

I saw it in
your eyes one midnight,
it was there
looking back at me

screaming
"I am real"
it was the night
I slipped out of
empathy and into love.

you were wearing
the costume
of a newborn,

smiled in
the middle of a kiss..

and I,

melted.

This is so sweet Yaki! I loved the flow and the beauty of seeing their eyes and knowing perfection and that perfect love is out there. "costume of a newborn"- really beautiful!

    Keep it up girl :)
