Can't hold on; don't want to let go
But there goes my love finding the flow
Caught on the wind, flying away
Meant for forever, but lost in a day

Tears to shed for my poor broken heart
Meant to be whole, but I'm torn apart
Love lost on the wind; no more to stay
Meant for forever, but gone in a day

Moments; some blurred; some of clarity
Meant to be serious but seems a parody
Love floating away; it all slowly fades
The River of Sorrow, where my heart wades
