MY FAIR LADY

by hamsashree   Jun 1, 2012

Her eyes are glowing like the stars in the sky

thinking about her makes me wonder why?

her skin so dark, soo smooth and shady

hidden in my heart she is my fair lady

at distance i see her moving like a cat

with that tiny skirt and that feathered hat

her smile is as wide as the crescent moon

when she touches my hand i think i would swoon

the tears that she sheds plants a wound in my heart

there is nothing in this world to break us apart

her voice reminds me of that nightingale

where to that happily ever after we both shall sail

my love to her can never be expressed

that i love i share with her when she is depressed

the songs she sings inspires me to fly

a second without her makes me wither away dry

her laughs echoes in my ears and mind

how our thoughts gracefully bind

her fragile fingers, her curly hair

oh how i love my lady who is soo fair

    Thanks for your comment
So I am going to be honest I don't really like poems that are forced to rhyme. It has to go smooth and a small account of people can do that.
I think you are holding back all those words you are trying to say because you have this urge to rhyme.

But that's just mine opinion. Keep going on!
