I can relate to your poem
falling in and out of depression
something that is hard to control
self esteem is low, that feeling of being
non existent, unfortunately some people
even if they tried, they can't understand
It's nothing you did or didn't do, it's a feeling
you going through. There is help out there
where you can seek help, if anything
you can talk to me

This very relateable. Depression is something hard to get by
But when you get to the end of the tunnel there is a light waiting for you:) keep going and keep writing

When you reach for top, dress the floor. Anything can happen, when close. Depend not on things around here. Nothing has come to stay, but Truth. It gets better, the more we share. Things go wrong, to turn good at last. Be strong, for a good turn, awaits. Against all odds, victory abounds.
