Silly Verse, Time Well Spent?

Cursed day, all your
energies are spent.

Pent up frustrations
your so eager to vent

Illusions follow you
wherever you frequent

Poor Bard, useless
words and quill so bent

He has tried desperately
hard to reinvent

But his efforts are
surely all misspent

Still he cannot
pay his rent

Banged his head,
now there is a dent

You should confess,
should now repent

Just some silly
verse, not time well spent!
