Waking Woods (collab)

In moments of a new day
the forest wakes serenely.
Leaves on branches sway and
creatures greet the sunrise keenly.

As dewdrops lay a blanket upon
green leaves on every tree,
and the sun-rays dance upon
golden ribbons of a magical glee.

The children of the forest,
release their honeyed scent.
Their petals open freely
where dragonflies rest content.

The fragrances of mother nature
scattered along that tranquil place.
Together with the misted air;
a dreamy vision to be embraced

The symphony of this dreamland
flows from within every part.
Serenading all that roams within
straight out from natures heart.
