Cursum perficio

by Mathieu   Jun 5, 2012

On to this river, i set my course,
amidst the howling and storming, i forged a path,
ungrateful as they may sound, i still carried my cross

on to this path filled with thorns,
of sleepless nights, i almost lost my mind.
Over many mountains, my feet aching i moved on..

On to many nights i woke up sweating,
of scary dreams and wierdy sounds,
but with the prayers,to keep me going...
With my faith, i determined...

On to my dreams, i planned ahead,
on to the plans, i drew a map,
on to my maps, i've set my aims,
on to my aims, i aimed to conquer....

Cursum perficio, i sang victorious...
Cursum perficio, i breathed success...
For i have finish this course i once set on...

Failing to plan, is bagging shame. Planning on time, is saving blame.
