My anger
is gone.
No more battles
left to be won.

Is this just me
or is it you?
Is it the way you talk
or the things you do?

Either way,
it's for the best
Cause I stopped caring
about all the rest

All I want
is hold you close
and lay on your cushion
a ruby red rose.

This will be reality.
The future will hold this in store.
Cause in my dream
I did it once before.

    Thomas I love the flow and rhythmic pattern of this love poem.

    When the heart is in love it can wait on the one it holds true... this poem was elegant.. I adore small pieces that can make me want to read on for hours... very pretty poem by you~

    A nice piece; I agree with Dagmar, letting go of all the anger is the best choice because if you don't, it will eat you alive the rest of your life and it will make you so bitter. Let go and move on... no since in holding grudges. Great job! :) 5/5

    I enjoyed reading, especially the part
    of letting go of anger. Anger often blinds
    us from the truth. Once the anger is gone
    we can see and feel more clearly
