True Love

by Jewel Cook   Jun 10, 2012

You and me are like day and night,
Never agreeing on the smallest things,
always arguing and yelling over the dumbest stuff.
Yet you always make me feel loved.
You never let me stay angry with you.
You let me know that I am loved even with my flaws.
Calling those flaws unique features that make
me beautiful.
Maybe this is what true love feels like.
Maybe this is how it's suppose to be.
Even though we fight and argue we still stand strong.
Never letting anything hurt us or our love.
Standing tall together and forever.
Maybe this is True Love.
