Nice piece with good imagery but a few grammatical errors I don't know if this was to make the poem more fluent or just an oversight

My mind is relief now (relieved)
Now it is time make an ending. (to make)
The water contain much power (contains)

Other than that a good piece

I like this piece, I can see love in it but I can also see the nature aspect as well.
