What are we living for (Diary fragment)

"Never say never" who ever said that was right.
But I'm sure when the times comes you will be a great mom. Your fragment shows that you were thinking about the baby, it's shows love, that you would love the baby even if the child is ill, you just leaned towards one option without considering the Existence of the other one. And that's why it's good to share opinions.

When I read this piece, there is a thought that Came to my mind. Specially when I saw the part that people don't want to live a complicated life. I have always think and the way I feel is that moms want their children healthy not because they don't want to complicate their own lives but because they want the best for their children. And also because of the fear that in the near future, if the child is sick, who will take care of the kid if by whatever reason the mom is not there?(pass away) 

That's something some moms think about, Other moms do see it as complicating their life.. Actually, those who do abortion are the ones that think that way(in my opinion). - there are some exceptions thought-

See, life is full of exceptions just as the English language.
Complicated.

Anywho, what am trying to say is try to see both sides of the coin.

Nonetheless is a good Write. I can't believe is from a fragment of a diary.

Ahh Yaki!!! I am absolutely in love with this piece, it's like you struck me with such unique truth (truth I may not see in myself but in others too) that really gets me thinking. When did you write this? It's so neat how it's a diary fragment, especially if you wrote it because you did indeed see a pregnant woman one day and that event left you with all these thoughts.

- I love how you start off meeting with her. this pregnant stranger that I'm not sure if you decided to speak to her before doing so or did it out of the blue. What I like is that you show the struggle, the struggle that you later reveal is what you desire and want, because as she's so pregnant, she can't fully look at her shoes. A minor thing, but the image is still there. Her response didn't necessarily surprise me but all your questions were so deep, and like you said going in deeper. That's what you do. It's short and well-thought out questions but they definitely hold depth that can apply to other personal things. What is it to be afraid of, to have more of a burden?

- You put here into ink this really compassionate idea, that a little more effort in the struggle will not only make you more tender, but your love for the child too. How precious are your words, and so true, you're putting more care into the child but it's all out of the purest love like you wrote.

"then, I came to the conclusion that people simply do not want to live complicated lives anymore. they don't want rocks in their paths. they don't want to try harder. to change their ways for love. people want it easy. so they lose things easily too."

- Wow. You read into people, and I feel like reading this, I look deeper into myself. It sounds so easy and good to say I want to live a simple life, but that doesn't mean that complications won't help us grow, strengthen our lives. I think to a point we all want it easy in our lives. Whether it be a relationship that is without drama and not to hard to go by or a situation where there is no worry of losing something, where's everything's guaranteed. But you are so right Yaki, they do end up losing things easily and then, what do they do?

"but I don't want that.I want the struggle. I want the pain and the quick beating of my heart when trouble arises. I want to feel. to constantly be scared of losing what I love so I am reminded. to never, ever, take anything or anyone for granted."

- You are such a beautiful soul Yaki- this was such inspiration. To me and to any one else. We got to think to ourselves that sacrifice and suffering is for the better sometimes, that there's a reason, it's not just for something. We need that fear to know how to love something stronger, deeper. You really put that passion into your words and am making me want to promise to myself to not take things for granted anymore, especially things that I see everyday, people who are so close to me I don't think twice.

"to embrace someone for just two minutes more"

- I can just feel the love you are expressing here. It's so beautiful and humbling, to hold on to that person, let them know minutes more how deep your love is.

"in case I'll have to miss them."

- How true, we never know when we might miss someone or when they'll be gone.

"I want the strengthen of your faith that comes from holding on to something you've come so far for.
simplicity bores me. easy people are uninteresting.
I want to go deep. deeper than usual."

- This is the true Yaki that is on the verge of giving me tears. Those first two lines, I swear, are so courageous of you to say and are incredibly heart warming to me. To really build up your faith, strengthen in it someone because you've worked so hard for it, gone through pain, given parts of your life.

- I also liked your originality and perspective on simplicity. I always thought I'd want life simple, things simple, people simple. But the way you present this poem or prose (whatever you want it to be), I love the way you think here and how it affects me. I desire adventure too, to look into something mysterious or interesting and know that I can expand on that, and not just say it's so and be done with it. You want to be the type that reads people's hearts, still figuring them out, as other's figure you out and know you have a lot more meaning than what you may say.

- Awesome piece, I can't even explain how happy I am I read this, it was truly inspirational and I thank you for writing this and posting it! It was a true, honest and mind and heart opening gem to me!!!! Didn't mean to go and on, I hope some of it makes sense, but this was just really fresh to me, something I breathed in and it kind of cleared away fear of certain things, like being a deeper person, asking those questions, and dealing with struggles. The title just speaks it all at the level of the bigger (greater) picture. To know what we are living for and to not be afraid and to not be scared to put out our emotions or our thoughts as in your case, about love for a child no matter how he/she may be born or what difficulties arise.
