Anxiety

by Dustin Cole   Jun 12, 2012

Ode to all I used to be
Since has departed from me

I know not the extent
That my will can be bent
You walked and took what we had
Left me in a state of panic and gad
For your heart and sole
Was my truest goal
This overwhelming feel
Anxiety that could kill

Ode to all I used to be
Since has departed from me

You left and did not take a part
But rather my entire heart
My life dedicated to you and child
The two girls who made me beguiled
The things I used to be able to do
No more can I without you
It's just too much for me to take
I feel as though my sanity is at stake

Ode to all I used to be
Since has departed from me

I can see lots of emotions and a broken
    heart becoming anxcious and fearful
