Just desserts

by Merdy   Jun 18, 2012

It was raining the night I had my revaluation. Underneath the street light, As rain fell light reflected off its surface giving it an appearance it was going to ignite.... I was going to ignite. I believed I had it figured out, but at this moment I wanted to cry, right now... It didn't matter how much I prayed I wanted to die, right now. I wanted to join you in a shallow grave, As the night sky consumes me I admit I know Im corpse although not dead. How did I reach this appalling position with love? Are my hands responsible? Tragedy after tragedy... I'm still not content. How can I fill this empty void? Chasing fairy tales I lost my one and only love... Chasing tragedy I lost myself along the way.
