Final world war

by Mohan   Jun 21, 2012

Where is the humanity?
i think the richers killed it
now two type of humans only here
richers and poors
some helping hands turned into laughing hand
politics turned into number one business
they begging the votes before election
but their promise become a number one lie
they need a bridge to built a house there
because they want to show their strength
but many peoples need the bridge to cross their poverty
i think we are in final world war
everyone running for money
and killing their humanity..

In order to quote the parts that hit the most here, I would have to repost it from start to finish. It seemed as though I was reading my own mind, or rather, you were. Great write.

A very thought provoking poem, reflecting indeed mans never ending lust for greed and money.
No matter what party comes into power, what promises are made, it all too soon seems to be forgotten..
    A great poem Mohan!

  • The concept of this is realy great, it does ring true how humanity is being lost to money. Quite sad actually.

Just one thing, 'richers' should perhaps be 'the rich', I dont believe richers is a world. Otherwise 'rich people', 'millionaires' or the likes of could also work...

Overall, a really great poem with a great message too.
