Titanious is not a word,( titanium) although I think your word works better!!
You use punctuation in every stanza apart from 3 which means you tend to read this one quicker than the rest. Needs a pause, just one would suffice.
in a outlived concept (should be 'an')
Again your imagery is very strong, too me you have got into the mind of somebody with depression, there is an absolute feeling of self-loathing in this. This person cannot face everyday life and feels worthless. Love the end.
