Ill wait in the moonlight

by Kylead   Jun 24, 2012

Beneath the darkest night
buried away shaded and concealed from sight There is a man who lays in wait
The man he paces every night waiting for the samething and something every night.
And as each moon passes it never comes every night.
The man looks to the sky filled night every night as he waits and asks for reasons that will
never come to answers still he looks to the star filled night never flinching always waiting always pacing
everynight
With each passing day and night the man on the coast by the moonlight never stops.
the sun's fury's dry the mans skin and makes clothes stick like leather when night falls the man is
met with nights cool kiss.
yet still the man paces and waits he never stops.
his armor rusting and crackling through the quite night.
his sword almost dragging, everything the man wears seems to weigh so heavy
almost as if what he carry's, starts to weigh more than the nights sky
Time and seasons pass for the man who lies in wait his body has weakened but still he fights
weakness to wait the man only stops momentarily to eat and continues to pace.
relsove never growing weak.
Each moon filled night the man feels how his bones sheirk with pain
but still he fights against the day and night to linger a little longer and wait.
Now the man by the moon light has finally stoped there is no longer a man to wait nor pace
all that remains is a tomb were the man now lays
on the tomb a message inscribed for the one he waits.

I am the knight that lays here in wait by the moonlight
I am the knight who was with you always
I am the knight who will for forever and always love.
I am the knight who will now forever pace and wait in the afterlife still waiting for you.
I love you.

Sincerely
Kyle.After.death
