The dawn never came..

by Mathieu   Jun 28, 2012

The path zig zagged,
like a road carved on a puzzle,
and darkness testing dusk leaving an unknown trail.

Our life already lost,
buried deep down in rubbles of imaginations, overflowing within us, its purpose coursing through our veins, undoing our great deeds.

You will see the night as day,
and the day disapparating from your mind, leaving behind no space, for night ascends its height moving towards greater echelons

many, who have gone down mock you,
many who can't stand your courage for you have spoke with many seas, and dine with the fearsome beasts, you have descended mountains that they've never heard of, leading you into their unknowns...

They said it takes courage,
they said you must never give up hope, but for you, there's no hope, and courage is lost leaving faith to starve for her, your thoughts are all twisted waiting to rendezvous at dawn, but all you did was wait because you are lost in darkness, its spirit binded with yours......
...And the dawn never came...

It takes some time to get things right. The speediest way, is bit by bit. Every good attempt, restores joy.
