The value of our prayers

by Se Lest   Jun 28, 2004

Here i am
is this me.
is this how its going to be
for now
when I'm caught between the depression i breakdown thinking of who i am
and how i disagree.

all sins stapled to my soul
showing who i am but
thats not how i wish to be
i want to do the best i can
to show its not me
so pull the staples out
pull the staples out

how i wish to be shrived of all my sins and all the preyer's
would make of some use
to all of my damages
to hears
and souls

all sins stapled to my soul
showing who i am but
thats not how i wish to be
i want to do the best i can
to show its not me
so pull the staples out
pull the staples out

shrived of all my vanity
imagine the value of your preyer's
you wish they came true
is he up there
is he taking the staples out
is he listening
to the screaming
that comes from my lungs
the blood
that comes out of my mouth
discolored of spit

all sins stapled to my soul
showing who i am but
thats not how i wish to be
i want to do the best i can
to show its not me
so pull the staples out
pull the staples out

these are lyrics i wrote which is why it has repeating... comment on this poem please and rate my other ones!
