Rainy nightz I see through barz |

I really liked this piece. I grew up with my dad in prison (step father, but always daddy in my heart) I understand the isolation, longing & loneliness you portray. Takes me back to all the cherished letters & phone calls from him. |
One of the hardest parts of being slammed is being away from your loved ones. I left a little girl and when I came back she was a teenager. She was always daddys little girl. Now she is standoffish to our reconciliation.I do not think she understands why daddy had to leave.I hope we can reconcile. The mother has remarried and my daughter has a step father/ new father figure in her life, but she will always be my tiny dancer. |
