I wish I was a better looker
My friends wish I was a better cooker.
I wish I had alot more hair
since what I have is barely there.
I wish I was a boxing champ
or had societys approvals stamp.
I wish I could take a long vacation
to some exotic foreign location
(where I wasnt on probation)
I wish I was a brave war hero
and my bank account was more than zero.
I wish on all my past paydays
I would have squirrled some nuts away.
I wish I was a movie star
on the other side of these bars.
I wish I was college graduated
my present tense future anticipated.
All of these wishes of happiness linking
I guess its all just wishful thinking.
As you can judge by my demeanor
I think the grass is always greener.......
Something thats so plain to see
I never wished I was plain ol' me!
