Missing you

by DarkLight   Jul 13, 2012

A thought,
sharp like the southern wind,
trailing on my neck
trying hard to swallow my ego.
I try too hard to struggle,
but my strength,
like a leaf trying to balance on a windy day.
Boom!
It hits my brain,
can't stop thinking of you,
My heart crushes like a soil particle under bulls hoof.
Am out,
but your image keeps following my dreams.
I can't stay away
my heart is connected to yours.
I miss to be with you.

I think "though" on the first line is supposed to be "thought"... if I'm reading it correctly.

Other than that, this is a very nice piece. We all have those moments when everything is fine and then like you said "Boom!" that person is in your thoughts again and you can't get them out.

    Great write! :)

I can see why it is in the love section because that clearly can be felt with your words but the sadness drenched in them can be felt too.

Loved reading this. I think there will be many people who can relate
