I was excited when browsing through your list to come across the form tetractys. Personally I love the form and I've been meaning to write some for a while now but I haven't had the chance. I'm used to reading long poems from you so it has been interesting to read something short and refreshing.

You have some excellent descriptions, you always do but to be honest they were more appealing in your short poems simply because I get carried away reading the stories in your longer pieces (not a bad thing) you're a really lovely story teller but I like the strong images you portrayed here. Even simple things such as dark-to-light, that was lovely.

I'm curious though, who is it you're describing? Is it fiction? From what I gathered of this poem it's about child birth and the beauty of a child being born representing two people and representing love.
