The way you described 'we' (you & your daughter) as 'she' (one soul; one poem..) is just awesome .

You have captured the essence of the moment when reciting a poem. And the most amazing thing is that Yasmim was amongst your audience, and you are cornering an eye at her, that means that you don't care about the world, but you care about her only. Perfect!

I like how you described the poem you recited: past & fire.... I can say that your past is fire (probably +ve and -ve) ... And those two dual words are just awesome together.

I wanted to highlight on one stanza, but everything is just melody to my ears.

Naked Moment

^^The imagery here is fantastic. Flowers falling from papers and verses chained the universe, to me signifies life coming forth from what has been written and being read.
