Princess (acrostic)

Parade around me with gifts, like the Magi
Reward me with compliments as you see fit
Ice me in diamonds, rubies, and gold
Nominate me your Queen when the fair lady ceases
Convince the nation that I am the one,
Elegant, and reigning with power
Serve me and you will receive your wealth
Sacrifice your life to protect my being

    Real princess you are! You also used the two words 'PRINCESS' and 'PARADE'. These words added the sweet taste for the poem. Great w2rite lol. I engoyed the reading and flow.

    I always find Acrostics really hard to write but find that other people can pull them off perfectly.

    I love the imagery you captured. It's exactly how I would expect a Princess to be... iced in jewels and having someone cater to her every need.

    Acrostics are one of my fave forms of poetry, and you nailed it on this one. The use of words show how self confident you are, and the it flowed with an ease from beginning till end.
