The Wedding List

A shiny, golden diamond ring,
The band to hire, which songs to sing.
Invites to be sent through post,
The little favours given out by the host.
The most enchanting dress with a perfect fit,
The evening arrangements of where guests will sit.
A church to be married, the venue for night,
A photographer to capture the most magical sight.
The cars for the transport to get us all there,
Not to forget my make up and hair!
So much to do and so little time,
I must get planning this wedding of mine.
But on the big day when we tie the knot,
I will be most thankful for all that I've got.
A soulmate to cherish for the rest of our years....

... which reminds me to buy tissues for everyone's tears.

    I love the rhyming!

    I love going to Weddings, when you're not the bride or in the bridal party I think you tend to enjoiy things more because there is less to worry about lol

    I loved this piece, it shows so many things that have to be done to prepare for a wedding and even if the wedding's arrangement don't go how they are plan, still you will have your soul mate by your side. That was beautiful and still you remember your guests and the tissues that will be needed because it's one of those days that can make us have tears of happiness.
    I enjoyed the rhymes as well, everything fit, I mean it felt that that was the place for each word. Well done

    Oh, a wedding list is endless!!! You have so much planning to do and so many things to worry about... but just have to realize that not everything is going to go perfect... something will mess up or you will forget something, so there is no need to stress out. As long as you still marry the one you love, then the day was perfect! :)
