The Dock

by Angel Slain   Aug 8, 2012

The Dock reigns strong and calm,

The Sea, in turn, falls to the authoritative command.

But, as ever, there's a few outspoken rebels.

These waves perform a consistant, unreserved betrayal of misdemeanour attacks.

And yet, the Dock stays strong, calm and dominant.

This is awesome, this is one of those poem that takes you somewhere different, it doesn't end with the words you finished your lines with. It has depth.. I love this poem, it gave me a cold feeling, sad one...made me think of winter and some misfortunes.. aint sure if you know what I mean, but this is awesome...really talented! Nominated
