I thought that I could fix you
Make you bright and shiny new
You would always love me
And I would always adore you

I wanted to finish the puzzle
To reassemble this work of art
But I was missing pieces
Right from the start

I thought love was enough
That it could fill in the blanks
But life got too big
And our love boat sank
