Nice piece! Some critiques are as follows:
    Love has many faces.
It is like a high fever going on for days,
The word 'high' should be replaced with words like 'hard' or 'severe'
No one are seeking medical cure for it.
'are' should be replaced with 'is'
Many pray to have and feel love,
    Poets struggle to describe love.
I found the essence of love,
It came with a quiet smile,
Love opened my mind and soul.
    The wonderful warm shiver inside,
    'shiver' should be 'shivers'
A chill feeling runs down the spine.
    'Feeling of chill...'
I don't want it to stop never.
    (I don't want to stop; never.0
    Please don't cure me,
Just smile and kiss me over again,
    That is the true love.
(Besides this, all the commas you used are unnecessary).
This aside, I loved the story.

How do describe love? I guess we all
have different opinions. Love is something
beautiful, innocent and pure. It's about
    honesty, trust and mutual respekt.
Love can also be very painful and sometimes
can become ugly. Either way, title well
    chosen. Enjoyed reading
