This is awesome, I know exactly how you feel. I dont know whether I would smash them or take them on a boat and chuck them out to sea.

A lot of people will relate to this and it shows that a tiny poem can be really powerful if written well.

My only nit is 'forms' is plural, and 'it' is singular, maybe you could change 'it' for 'them',

If it wasn't a senryu you could change 'it' to 'the hell out of them!!!'

I think it is ok with bottled forms although I am not sure if it should be this or not but the way I read it makes sense? So if this was mine, I would have used bottled forms.

This poem speaks volumes in just those three lines. As I'm pretty sure everyone has come to the point of being stressed out so much, we wish we could stranger the word "stress" all the way to it's grave. Great job., I think the poem is fine how it is with bottled forms, as not every bottle takes the same shape, so forms would be the appropriate wording.

I love the concept here, as well as the emotions.

I think you could change 'where' to: when, since a 'day' is a time, not a place.

Actually, 'it' is correct. Stress, as a noun may be plural, but I assume it is singular here so the use of 'it' is correct. 'Bottled forms' is simply the object of the preposition - 'it' pertains to the subject (stress), not the object. Hope that made sense, lol.
