Love is innocent

by Ole Carsten   Aug 26, 2012

You are the walking Beauty on a fair night,
Like the skies moving in velvet dark;
Bringing the best of dark and bright
Starring into shining emerald eyes
Flashing like lightning in tender light

Darkness turning gray mist as morning grew;
Small shadows are drawing shapes in pale light.
Creating sound on the window,
Letting the sunlight in on colored skin
How soft and pure the morning is.

Our dwelling place is a soft nest
Smiling soft, so calm even eloquent,
Morning glow on your fine face
Cheeks are blushing after sleep
Hair is twinkled and curled in bundles

Our hearts are plying innocent
After a day and night in magic
Music is echoing in our ears
The tunes are dancing still
The rhythm follows the hearts beating

Now the kind sleep is finally coming
Letting the hard proved mind at ease
Blowing the tense muscles clean
Kick of the dancing shoes
Take of the dress and sleep well

A heart whose love is innocent!

    You write love poems very well, they flow well and have a story to tell which is enjoyable to read.

    This piece was no acception and a pleasure to read.

    I only have one thought, and it is the title. Is there meant to be an e at the end of innocente? Or did you mean innocent? You spelled it right in your poem which makes me wonder if there is a reason is it spelled differently in the title?

    Other than this, nice work and keep it up!

    Wow, amazing love pieces from you as usual. The words you put into this, the imagery, just so amazing. Another great one from you.
