Forced

by Yakari Gabriel   Aug 31, 2012

Sometimes,
you know there is
no feeling, but you still dig,
and dig, and dig
even though you're
as empty as a classroom
in the summer time.

you just want to...

you just want to...

...write.

words are dry as
seeds, but you still
feel like squeezing them,
like painting them, like, like..

damn it!

you just want to,

write..

and so you end up
with a poem like this one.

senseless, absolutely senseless

and totally, totally forced.

The paradox in this poem is really intriguing :)

Great! you are absolutely right. But even though finally you are face to face with a new poem, especially this, which encourages us to pen more. At least you let us know what is inside your heart that will describe you. If a poet doesn't write he is the same as a dead soul. I think you support my opinion, yes?
    Well done Carmen.
