Mouse trap

Last week it all looked bad,
how will we ever buy a house.
They are all beyond our budget,
i felt as poor a mouse.
But now the tide is turning,
and luck is on our side.
We made an offer on a house,
it was accepted.
Now i am a happy mouse.
