A kiss to remember

by The Poet Behind The Poems   Sep 6, 2012

The touch of your thumb against my
Bottem lip sends me into a state of hypnosis.

The smell of your Armani perfume
makes me forget if this is fantasy or reality.

As your eyes hit mine ,you move towards
my craving lips with the smile,
of an angel.

As our lips are about to touch you
disappear, gone with the blow of
the summer breeze.

A tear rolls to my lap, I wish
my heart had wings, so It could fly up
and be side by side,
with yours.

It is such a beautiful romantic poem and it is so sad too. The ending is mesmerizing. Lovely piece.
