It Is With Heavy Heart

by Anubiskaz   Sep 8, 2012

It is with heavy heart,

And a tear in my eye.

That to Love,

I now say goodbye.

For my heart lies,

In a far off land.

And not returned,

Feelings I had planned.

So from this time now,

I say so long, farewell.

To Cupid quiver and arrow,

Which struck me so hallowed.

Goodbye to love,

Romance and all,

Better this way,

Than to have another,

Heartbreak on me befall.

I really like this part as it is very relatable. Everyone have been hurt in love at least once and sometimes that hurt is so painful that you would rather just close up your heart and never love again. A good piece of work!

This is good..the message is nicely portrayed..the flow is also improving
in love, fear is inevitable..fear of being hurt, rejected, abandoned but despite these we must never be afraid to love again because pain is part of love..every heartbreak can be repaired and each correction can make us better
