This part makes me go awww. This is so sweet and somehow brought an ache to my heart. For it just sucks if your other half cannot see how in love you are with them. Really like the flow as well as the beginning,

You did a good job in telling the readers that love had silently but surely found its way into your heart. Nice poem!
