Comments : Fly (Nonet)

You're the queen at formed poetry and I think that you can write literally anything and it turns out beautiful with so much of you in it, that makes it even better.

I know this may sound silly, but if you placed the title in the middle ontop of the Nonet then it might actually look like a bird with spread wings, but perhaps my imagination is going nuts on me lol.

The eclips(moon) veiling your vision was quite interesting as I would have probably imagined it to be the opposite as it spends light, but maybe it was dazzling and caused a shadow to overcome you, that would also explain the personas shrouded emotions.
Flying is known as a symbol for freedom and it is clear that the persona is suffering due to the sadness that is restricting her and although she can cry, it's as though she dries out because instead of it helping her find her peace it just makes her parched.

You'll get there. Very touching poem.

When I read the title "Fly" I feel it's an inspirational poem, or a happy one.
But this is exactly opposite, so sad piece, love it.:)
    Great job

EDIT: I didnt read Jenni's comment, but when I read it, I found out she said something close to mine, so I think many will feel this way too:)

Do you know something, normally I just write comments as they come out of my head, and what came into my head on this one was... I wish I could wrap this little poem up in a big bear sized hug.....

It is both beautiful and yet between the lines is a powerful sadness and despair.

Just remember, things will always be ok in the end, if they are not ok, it is just not the end of that journey yet. xxx

Talented and well done for showing this deep message in quite a tough form!
