Second time

My love for her will never end,
it is deep and firmly planted.
With the passing of each day,
i feel i have been granted.
A second chance to love the woman,
i loved so long ago.
Then as now i love her,
she keeps my heart aglow.
I want to make her happy,
each and every day.
To tell her that i love her,
that i am here to stay.
If only she could read my mind,
Then all that she could see.
