The Ending

by LostWords   Sep 20, 2012

Only these four walls hear me scream.
The air is thinning, it's harder to breathe.
Leaving everything behind as I run
with the company of the stars.

Sitting on the pavement
with my heart beating too fast.
I'd rather hurt than feel nothing at all.
My life is an open grave.

Love the pain, what a great final line,

there is half an acrostic here as well

    'swim?'

great emotion and love he darkness.

Thank you. I've been writing some Acrostic stuff. I wrote a backwards forwards Haiku, like you!

      What do you me swim?
